(a) INSTANCES WHEN SERVICE IS FAULTY DURING A VOLLEYBALL GAME
When serving ball
- server is disqualified if he serves before referee’s whistle
- passes under the net
- fails to cross over the net
- passes outside the side antennae above the net
- touches a player before crossing to the opponent’s court
- falls outside the court
- serving team serves out of order(rotational foul)
- setting a screen to block the opponent from seeing the ball
- a server is not allowed to serve with one hand
