The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of previous years. The questions were straight forward also covered the syllabus. The marking scheme was flexible and comprehensive.
The performance of the candidates was better than the previous year with a candidate population of 9,861 which had a raw mean score of 31 and standard deviation of 14.90 against a raw mean score of 31 and standard deviation of 18.73 for the May/June 2013, WASSCE, which had a candidates population of 13,866.
