Observation
Candidates had difficulty defining the given terms in 4 (b). The required responses to these questions are as given below:
4(a)  -           Rain  water

(b)        Authority:  The body which undertakes the treatment and distribution of water to a  community.
    Premises: This is the building receiving water from  the water Company or board.
    Consumer: The person to whom water is supplied.
  Communication Pipe: This is part of service pipe that  extends to water authority stop valve.
(c)
- The well must be deep well and not shallow to avoid impurity from subsoil.
 - The cover concrete should be at least two feet above the ground to prevent insects, rodent, reptiles from falling inside.
 - Well water should be properly collected and stored in a covered tank.
 - Deep well should be distant away from septic tank.
 - Leaking drain should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid contamination.
