This is a practical question on  building.  It tested candidates ability  to read drawings with extensive details which include material symbols, line  diagrams, conventional representation of different parts of building, plan,  elevation and sectional views.
                    Candidates were expected to read and  understand the sketch plan, use the given scale accurately, measure various  details, visualise the various parts of the building and study the given  specifications.  These were expected to  be used variously or in combination to draw the plan, end view and sectional  view of the building.
                    Most candidates who attempted this  option did well.  Some however did not  complete the views due to over concentration on irrelevant details.  The expected solution are shown below:
