Foundation: 450 x 150 concrete strip over 35 blinding at 900 below ground level.
Floor: 250 hardcore; 150 concrete floor slab; 25 PVC tiles floor finish; finished floor level is at 450 (three risers) above ground level.
Wall: All walls 225 sandcrete, hollow blocks, 3150 high, except verandah dwarf wall which is 1050 high with 35 coping on it.
Beam: Cantilevered, 225 at depth 350 below concrete roof, and above the verandah wall.
Lintel: 225 x 150 reinforced concrete.
Doors: D – flush 2100 x 900 x 38 in 100 x 50 timber frame.
Windows: All glass louvred with aluminium carriers in 100 x 50 timber frames:
W1 - 850 x 750
W2 - 1100 x 1200
Roof: 150 reinforced concrete below 25 bituminous felt; eaves 700.
(a) Draw to a scale of 1:100, the
(i) floor plan;
(ii) front elevation with the hidden details of the verandah floor level and the steps.
(b) Draw the detailed section on x – X to a scale of 1:50.
