The question was specific about social factors that make people to travel which resulted in earning some candidates good marks however some candidates could not differentiate between social factors, economic factors and physiological factors. Candidates were expected to provide the following social factors that make people to travel.

• Religion: religious travels is often related to a purpose such as visiting worship places, sacred places or shrines
• Sport: Travelling to a sporting event either to participate or watch as a spectator
• Education: Travelling to attend seminars or workshop aiming at developing one’s skills
• Fashion fair: Travelling to an exhibition platform that assist exhibitors to grow their markets
• Beauty pageant/ contest: Travelling for a competition that focuses on judging and ranking the physical characteristics of the contestants.
• Book fair: Travelling to display or exhibit books by a group of publishers or booksellers in order to grow sales and stimulate interest.
• Musical concert: Tour or Journey for a life musical performance in front of an audience
• Entertainment/Performance: An act of providing or being offered with amusement or enjoyment or pleasure.
