General Comments

The standard of the paper is comparably with that of previous years. Candidates’ performance dropped this year comparing with those of previous years.
The questions were not ambiguous and they were within the scope of the syllabus. The rubrics were clearly stated and the Making Scheme comprehensively provided for all possible responses to the questions.
