            Candidates were unable to:

• state ways of preventing liver fluke from completing its life cycle;
• state the functions of reproductive hormones in livestock;
• write the botanical names of forages correctly;
• give the ways of improving decreased feed intake in a flock of sheep;
• explain teeth clipping, foster mothering and docking;
• define dystocia;
• state the causes of dystocia in farm animals;
• write legibly and concisely;
• spell technical terms correctly.
