However most of them could neither state the aims of International Livestock Centre for Africa (ILCA) and International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA) nor define surface irrigation as required in 1c(i-ii) and (d). Although majority of the candidates were able to describe horizonsA and D of the soil profile as required in 1(e)(i-ii).
