QUESTION5 An orator is quoted to have said: “Oh the community of Quraysh! Certainly you are all from Adam and Adam was created from dust”. (i) Appraise the above excerpt. (ii) Mention the author of the statement and the occasion during which it was said.
OBSERVATION Many candidates chose this question but they could only give a good literary appreciation of the excerpt but were unable to mention the author of the excerpt and the occasion which led to the utterances. So, their performance was just fair.
