 The weaknesses of candidates were observed in the following areas:

• Commission of grammatical mistakes
• Misinterpretation of questions
• Writing of irrelevancies

Display of shallow knowledge of the set texts

 

SUGGESTED REMEDIES

 

To address the above stated weaknesses, Chief Examiners recommended a choice of simple and correct Arabic words with mastery of their correct spellings, thorough reading of questions and instructions, and procurement of the prescribed Arabic literature texts.
