Write a letter to the governor of your state informing him about the bad road network in your town.
Observation
The candidates for this examination answered this question in their majority. The candidates performed averagely well by observing the rules guiding former letter writing. They also described the bad condition of the roads in their respective towns and cities in their complaints to the governors of their states.
