Observation

This was the most popular question in this section as candidates were expected to write on Paul’s addresses on civil responsibility.  Almost all the candidates that attempted it had high scores as they were able to mention that

  1. Christians as citizen is enjoined to submit to rulers;
  2. It is God who placed those in authority there;
  3. Opposing authority means opposing God’s own institution;
  4. We must be diligent to respect and honour those in authority.

In the (b) part of the question, they applied residual knowledge and this paid off as this added to their overall performances.
