Candidates' Strength

The candidates were able to layout their answers finely even when they were wrong. The candidates also performed well, were also in questions 1, 3, 4 and 5. These questions were on the kitchen equipment, service staff, types of napkin folds, non- alcoholic drinks, steps to follow when using rubbing –in method in cake making and local herbs used in cooking.
