General Comments

The standard of the paper was high, and compared favourably with those of previous years.  It was reported that the questions were straight forward, and within the ability of an average candidate.  It was equally reported that the questions were within the scope of the syllabus. The marking scheme was detailed, clear, fair to all candidates and comprehensive.

The raw mean score of 38 and standard deviation of 16.79 indicated that the performance of the candidates was better than November/December 2014 WASSCE, with a raw mean score of 26 and standard deviation of 16.37.

A total of 105, 407 candidates sat for the paper.
