General Weakness
- Candidates showed weakness in questions 1, 4 and 5. Question 1 was on Division of labour and social responsibility of businesses. Question 3 was on differences between pairs of terms and features of a shopping mall. Question 5 was on a cheque and tourism.
      -        Poor preparation for the  examination.  This was observed in  candidates’ poor responses to questions.
      -        Insufficient knowledge of the subject,  as a result, they could not satisfactorily answer applied questions.
  
SUGGESTED REMEDIES
(i) Candidates should be encouraged to study standard and comprehensive textbooks in their preparation for the examination.
      (iii)     Candidates should cover every part of the  syllabus while preparing for the examination.
      (iii)     Students should also learn how to answer  applied questions.
