Using a database application, design a database for employee salary table as shown below:

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sort the table on SURNAME and FIRST_NAME in ascending order.
2. Delete the record for employee 279.
3.  Create a report from the table and name it SALARY.

The header of the report should read “EMPLOYEE SALARY’.

1. Format:

(i)      the column headings of the report with font size 14 pt and bold;
(ii)     the other inputs with font size 12 pt.

1. Apply border line.
2. Insert your full name and index number.
3. Print and submit to the supervisor.
