Candidates' Weaknesses
The Chief Examiner reported that candidates showed poor skill in generating reports using MS Access.
Other weaknesses of the candidates that were observed were:
- wrong use of application packages;
- poor practical skills.
SUGGESTED REMEDIES

- teachers should ensure that there are sufficient practical classes before the examination.
- candidates were encouraged to practice well before the examination.
- students should always read instructions carefully before attempting questions in examinations.
