The expected answers were;
(a) Centre tapped full wave rectifier/rectifier/rectifying circuit.
Sketch to include:

Waveform;
Voltage (V) axis.
Many Candidates failed to recognize the circuit diagram is representing “center-tapped full-wave rectifier circuit”. Also, many did not respond well to 4(c).
