Observation

As the main speaker in a debate, the candidate was required to write his/her argument for or against the motion: “Education is the best legacy a parent can give a child”.

This was not a popular question before the candidates. Many candidates began with the usual vocatives.  However, while some gave unconvincing reasons for their stance, a few others failed to take a stand on the issue.
