Observation

The candidate is required to write a letter to the Chairman of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of his/her school telling him about the effect which the irregular electricity supply has on the school and the need to provide a stand-by generator for the school.
The few candidates that attempted this question did not do justice to it. Some candidates treated the effects of irregular supply of electricity but did not articulate the need for the stand-by generator.
