(a)        Mere listing of points
                        Some candidates merely listed the points they raised without explaining
                        them.  This made these candidates to lose marks.  Points should be
                        substantiated with further facts where necessary.

            (b)        Poor grammatical expressions
                        Some of the candidates answered the questions posed to them using poor
                        language.  Candidates can improve their grammar by reading textbooks,
                        novels and magazines.
           
            (c)        None coverage of syllabus
                        Many candidates did not fully cover the syllabus.  This was particularly
noticeable in their attempts to answer questions on surveying where they performed poorly.
