     This  question was popular among the candidates and their performance was good.  In part (a) candidates correctly copied and completed the table.
In part (b)(i) candidates correctly classify the following diseases, measles, tuberculosis, cerebrospinal  meningitis, diabetes and tetanus as communicable or non- communicable diseases, in (b)(ii) candidates also correctly listed risk factors associated with hypertension.  In part (c) candidates correctly gave example of diseases transmitted through skin,, foot, mouth and nose.

However, the expected answers were as follows:
