The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of previous years. The
question covered a wide range of the syllabus. The rubrics were also clear and
concise. While the marking scheme was adequate and exhaustive.
There was no significance improvement on the candidates' performance compared to last
year given the raw mean score of 14 and a standard deviation of 04.58 Compared to a raw
mean score of 16 and a standard deviation of 05.29 in the November/December 2009
