QUESTION 1

  1. Degara nwanne gi nwoke nọ Amerika leta ma gwa ya ihe nhiahụ dị icheiche ụmụamaala Naijiria na-agabiga n’oge a.

OBSERVATION

CCandidates were requested to write a letter to a brother who resides in America telling him about the problems we encounter in Nigeria. 
Some candidates were able to mention the expected points required in the body of the letter.  Few of them could not write up to 300 words.

  1. Dee edemede na-akọwa ilu a, ‘ụtọ akiilu adighi ka uda ya’.  

           Candidates were given a proverb and were requested to write a story in
 relation to the proverb.
           
The proverb means that some things do not appear the way it ought to be.

Some candidates explained the proverb properly and wrote a related story.

  1. Dee mkparịtaụka di n’etiti Mmaku na Obiekwe banyere ọnọdụ agụmakwụkwọ n’ụlọakwụkwọ sekọndịrị n’obodo anyị taa.

                                                                 
Candidates were requested to write in a dialogue form, the discussions of two people concerning the state of Secondary Schools in Nigeria today.

Few candidates attempted the question and they gave the required points.

  1. Dika onyeisi ụmụakwụkwọ, depụta ozi ị ga-agụpụtara ụmụakwụkwọ banyere Ọghọm dị n’ime ngagharị iwe n’ụlọakwụkwọ.

Candidates were requested to write a speech by the Senior Prefect stressing the disadvantages of violent demonstration in the school.

Candidates were requested to write an essay on the processes of planting yam in their town.
Few candidates attempted the question but some of them could not write up to the required number of words.
