Weakness and Remedies
Candidates’ weaknesses include their inability to:
- write correct spellings
- write anatomical words correctly
- round robbin in tournament
- list equipment used by the centre referee in football game
- explain side-out and time-out
- explain how the player that would serve first is determined in table tennis game
- state objectives of modern Olympics Games
- explain the term seeding in tournament
- state advantages of single elimination in a tournament
- name the muscles that aid the process of respiration
- state values that can be acquired by an individual through participation in sports for national development
The following remedies were suggested to overcome these weaknesses:
- regular review of course content with the students
- teachers should be more commitment
- candidates should be more serious in their academic pursuit
- visit stadia, sports and recreational centres for better understanding of the subject
