Candidates were asked to explain the following store documents:
- Order notification;
- Purchase order;
- Advice note;
- Delivery note;
- Stock list.
Observation
This question was one of the most challenging parts of the question paper. Only the strongest candidates were able to offer any reasonable answer as majority poorly answered the question. Candidates’ weakness could be as a result of close relation of the said documents and also their inadequate preparation.
