Store management is the process is the process of planning, organizing and controlling store activities, bearing in mind socio-economic considerations.

Store management is the act or process of planning, organizing and controlling all activities in the store in order to satisfy consumers and make profit.

  1. This question was not well answered, with most candidates stating the factors to be considered in locating an industry instead factors to be considered in establishing a store.
