State any four main functions of a travel agent.
This was a fairly popular question and the few candidates who attempted it performed well. Despite being technical in nature, some candidates were able to score good marks. Such candidates stated the following points:
- Reservation;
- Ticketing;
- Procurement of Travel Documents;
- Foreign Exchange Procurement, etc.
