Candidates were reported to have responded to the questions within their capabilities. Candidates did very well in their answers to sub-questions on
(i) the definition of resistance;
(ii) stating factors which affect resistance of a conductor;
(iii) calculating the length of a conductor from resistance, cross-sectional area
and resistivity;
(iv) function of a fuse;
(v) the extension of the moving-coil measuring instrument range to measure higher voltage value; and
(vi) the importance of everything in an electrical installation.
