This is an argumentative essay. Most of the candidates who attempted this question did justice to it, most started their essays with definition of terms. "Public Secondary Schools" as the schools owned or being under the control of the government while, "Private Secondary School" as the one owned by the individual or group of people. Majority of candidates who answered this question pointed to the impacts of each school on human life and were able to bring out comparison with convincing explanations. Majority of candidates performed impressively here.
