Candidates were expected to quote two lines from the poem composed on the praise of the above personality. Candidates were equally asked to explain the expected lines. Few candidates answered this question. It seems the candidates were not familiar with the poem despite its being one of the poetic excerpts outlined for the year in question. Generally, Candidates' performance was below average. This may be because they are not familiar with the poem. Therefore, the Arabic Teachers should strive to teach the students the selected poems.
