GENERAL COMMENTS ON THE PAPER AS A WHOLE

The paper compared favourably well with those of previous years. The standard was good marking scheme was exhaustive and rubrics were clear.

The performance of the candidates was better than that of WASSCE (PC2) 2018 with a raw mean score of 23 and standard deviation of 10.20 this year compared to a raw mean score of 14 and a standard deviation of 06.48 for the WASSCE (PC2) 2018. The total population of candidates that sat for this examination was 9,037.
