This question was very unpopular among the candidates’ the few that answered it scored low marks.  Candidates were expected to write on the evils in the religious life of the people and its remedies.  But they failed to mention that:(ii) God was not delighted in the blood of bulls and rams (ii) He hated their new
moon and Sabbath (iii)  Their incense was an abomination.  In the (c) part they ought  to mention points as:  (i) Encourage good behaviour with reward  (ii) punish injustice and anti-social behaviour  (iii) fighting the cause of the needy (poor).  The overall scores were not impressive.
