1. Youths do not make themselves available for the programme/process/activities


2. Some youths see the process as being rigorous and time consuming/laziness.


3. Some youths do not have understanding of the benefits of acquiring these skills.


4. Funds meant for such programmes are diverted by the relevant bodies/officials or mismanagement of programme/corruption.


5. Inadequate skill acquisition by participants.


6. Negative influence of social media/distractions.


7. Youth attitude of get-rich-quick syndrome/greed.


8. Big start-up mindset of youth.


9. Job-seeking mind-set of some youths.
