Candidates were required to

(a)Show how to lengthen a blouse pattern using four diagrams.

(b)(i)Write what clothing accessory is..

(ii) Name four clothing accessory for a school child attending an interview

(c)List six items that can be found in a teenagers’ wardrobe

This number posed some difficulties for the candidates. The majority of them were unable to sketch the diagrams showing how to lengthen a blouse pattern in 5a. in 5b (i), explanation of clothing accessory was well done by most of them. 5b (ii) clothing accessories for a school child attending an interview and 5c on items that could be found in a teenager’s wardrobe were well tackled by all the candidates.
