Gbẹn ẹse ne ọ ma rhiotọ sẹẹ ikpẹmwẹ iyisẹn eha yaan ọkpa vbe inọta na.

- Gbẹn eleta ewanniẹ gi ọka arriọba ne ọ nọrẹn wẹrẹ de emwi eha kpataki ne irẹn gha ru ye ẹvbo uwa, ne u vbe kha emwi ne ọ ya ruẹ zẹ avbe emwi ne zẹre nii.
The candidates were required to write a letter to reply the state Governor who asked them to list three things needed in their communities. They were also requested to discuss why they chose the three things.
Few candidates attempted this question and their performance was not too encouraging as they did not understand the demands of the question. Some of them approached it as an informal letter, thus contributing to their fair performance in this question.

Candidates were requested to write descriptive essay on their father’s new occupation. The question appeared to be popular asa good number of candidates answered it. Their performance was commendable, as many of them who attempted this question were able to write in detail about their father present occupation.

Observation
Candidates were asked to write for or against the topic “The faults of teachers are more than
that of the students in students’ poor performance in examination”
This is an argumentative essay; it was attempted by very few candidates. All the candidates who attempted it performed below average. Those who attempted it only wrote for and as such, they only concentrated on the defect of the teachers without any mention of candidates lapses.
(e) Ugie ẹde ubiẹmwẹ mwẹ nọgberra.
Candidates were required to write a narrative essay on; How they celebrated their last birthday.
Majority of the candidates who answered this question demonstrated a complete
understanding of the task and they scored good marks.
(ẹ) Gbẹn okha nẹ ọ ya erre na “Te ọ kere ne a gha se eze a ke sa amẹ” sẹ ufomwẹ.
A story that ends with the saying; Age is a high price to pay for maturity.
Few candidates attempted this question and they performed relatively well as they were able to write
creatively to tell stories which ended in the saying.
