Observation

The question requires the candidate to write a letter to the Minister of Culture and Tourism in his/her country discussing the effects of indiscriminate importation and screening of foreign movies. He/ she is expected to discuss at least three of dealing with the issue. 
The few candidates that attempted this question failed to satisfy the requirements of the content. Some candidates were unable to use the appropriate format of a formal letter.
