Observation

This question requires that the candidate writes a letter to the Principal of his/her school pointing out at least two practices among students that should be discouraged and two habits that should be promoted among teachers. Few candidates demonstrated an understanding of the question and wrote relevantly even though they lacked the expression to convey their ideas. Some of the candidates that attempted this question got their points mixed up as they wrote on the negative practices of students and those of the teachers. Some candidates also wrote on only one aspect of the question. However, most got the formal features correct.
