Candidates were asked to write a letter to the editor of a national newspaper expressing their opinion on the lack of maintenance of public facilities. A few candidates attempted this question. Some of the candidates failed to state the designation and full address of the recipient. They also failed to discuss in detail the lack of the maintenance of public facilities and their own opinions and suggestions. However, some were able to identify the public facilities and the reasons for the lack of maintenance.
