The standard of the paper was the same as those of the previous years.  All the questions were framed in simple and straight forward language that was devoid of ambiguity.  All the questions were from topics that were selected from the syllabus.  These questions were properly distributed among the segments of human and regional Geography and they covered the various domains of learning.  The Marking Scheme was exhaustive and it adequately answered the questions that were put forward to the candidates.The performance of the candidates was at par with those of previous years.
