Majority of the candidates avoided this question completely. None of the candidates who answered the question got it right. The candidates were expected to give the following points as answers to the question.

- Global insecurity e.g. terrorism/insurgency
- Members belong to many international organizations
- Ideological differences among nations
- Smuggling across Nigerian borders
- Increase in crime rates by some foreign nationals
- Influx of refugees and its impact on the economy
