The candidates were expected to write on the relationship between Goals and Values, that is, how each one affects the other. Majority of the candidates defined goals and value instead of relationship between them. Therefore almost all the candidates lost marks in this regard. The b part of the question, required candidates to mention the types of values, goals, standards and needs. Majority of the candidates answered correctly.
