Question 5

In question 5(a), candidates were expected to explain factors to consider when choosing a house. Majority of the candidates answered correctly but few of the candidates wrote economics status as money at hand.
Question 5(b), which has to do with uses of curtains and draperies in the home, was very well answered by majority of the candidates. The questions on covering of certain areas and items such as book and shoe racks were poorly attempted.
In question 5(c) candidates were expected to state guidelines for using cleaning agents in the home.  majority of  the candidates wrote that cleaning agent help in the clean of sink, plates and prevent germ etc instead of guidelines like choose correct cleaning agent for the work, reading and following instructions etc. candidates performances was poor.
