General Comments

The paper (Office Practice), standard is very good. The questions were within the recommended syllabus and well structured. Any brilliant candidate would not waste much time in answering the questions. There was no case of any ambiguity in the questions. As the years go by, a lot of improvements are being achieved. The practical questions are very good and commendable. It gave the candidates a window to score more marks without writing too much grammar. Majority of those who attempted the questions scored highly. It is improving with each examination year
The marking scheme for this paper was very elaborate. The rubrics on the paper were explicit and simple to understand.
