In part (b), majority of the candidates mentioned the colours of the Olympic rings.

- It was celebrated in Corinth every two years
- Athletic activities were the main event of the festival
- Held in honour of Poiseidon, god of the sea
- Open to all Greeks
- Winners were awarded a crown of dry, celery /pine wreath
(iii) The Nemean Festival
- A festival of athletic and musical competitions
- It was organized every two years
- Held in honour of Zeus in Argolis
- Open to all Greeks
- Winners were awarded a wreath of fresh wild celery
