In part (b), majority of the candidates were able to state three signs of dislocation.

SAFETY MEASURES TAKEN WHEN ON THE FIELD TO PREVENT SPORTS INJURIES
- The play-ground should be checked and cleared of any dangerous objects
- Athletes / participants should wear appropriate sportswear/protective gears/named
- Know the limits of one’s ability/good health
- Stop when tired
- Ensure availability of a first aid box
- Athletes / participants should be supervised
- Avoid the use of ornaments during performance
- Throwing area should be free from spectators/provision of barrier
- Progress from simple to complex/apply appropriate skills and techniques
- Proper warm-up
- Use standard equipment/facilities
- Strict adherence to the rules/enforce safety rules/good officiating.

- Severe pain at the joint
- Abnormal appearance / deformity/explained e.g affected limb may be shorter than the other
- Inability to move the joint/difficulty in movement
- Swelling and bruising of the joint
