This question was attempted by few candidates and they did poorly in it. However, the expected answers are as follows:  
Activity 1:      Side vault
1. The activity will be on the basis of Process Evaluation only.
2. Three trials are allowed and the best trial is recorded as score.
3. All performances will be assessed according to the following rubrics.

    Stance
    (i) stand in striding position
    (ii) face direction of activity
    (iii) body relaxed
    Approach
    (i) run fast towards the vaulting box
    (ii) in a straight line movement
    Take-off
    (i) double take-off is required
    (ii) while in air lean towards the vaulting box
    (iii) both hands are stretched
    Execution
    (i) both palms on the vaulting box
    (ii) body is lifted sideways in forward movement
    (iii) legs together
    (iv) body is leaned backward
    Finish
    (i) land on the balls of the feet
    (ii) bend at the knees/give-in on landing
    (iii) rise to an erect position
    (iv) maintain balance
