General Comments

The standard of the paper in terms of quality, structure, objectivity and content compared favourably with those of the previous years.
The questions were clear, straight forward and devoid of any ambiguity.  The rubrics were clearly stated while the Marking Scheme was exhaustive.  Though, there was slight improvement in candidates’ performance when compared with that of the preceding year, the performance was not impressive.
