OBSERVATION
This question was well attempted by the candidates. In 1(a), many candidates were able to identify gully and rill erosion; but some of the candidates could not identify sheet erosion. In 1(a and c), majority of the candidates could discuss the farm practices that may predispose land to sheet erosion and; state ways by which a farmer can control rill erosion on a gentle slope. In addition to this, majority of the candidates were able to give reasons why soil erosion is important to the farmers.
